At the core of management team is OLTP founder Dr. Melissa Caudle, a dynamic experienced producer and screenwriter who has assembled a cast and crew database which brings to the company successful motion picture, television and entrepreneurial experience. The production team includes:

Dr. Melissa Caudle is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of On the Lot Productions, a Louisiana-based production company located at 1000 Williams Blvd, Ste. 102/158, Kenner LA., 70065.  Dr. Mel is an experienced producer and brings her expertise to this production in the areas of budgeting, script breakdown, shoot scheduling, casting and more. She has built a solid reputation as a documentary and independent filmmaker. Her documentary films include Mexico Missions, The Dolphins in Terry Cove, The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Sean Kelly’s Irish Pub, Beauvoir and Voices of the Innocent and H.E.A.R.T. 9/11

Dr. Mel’s film projects include three independent films, e.g., Dark Blue (to be released November 2012), Varla Jean and the Mushroomheads (to be released January 2013), and Girls Gone Gangsta (currently selling on Amazon.com as of last month).  Her short film, The Keystroke Killer, became an instant YouTube success receiving over 1 million views.  Now, the short film is being developed into a feature length film and hopefully will transition into a television series.  She also has created five reality shows and is currently producing the web-series 40 & Leroy.



Over the course of the last two years, Dr. Mel has made her mark in the television and film industry writing and publishing books on important topics for the screenwriters, producers, and reality show creators.  With more books slated for release this year, some of her books include:

Dr. Mel is an award winning screenwriter having placed in the quarterfinals of the prestigious International Page Scriptwriting Contest in both the television and film category with her screenplay Dragonfly Principal.  “I love every aspect of the film industry and love the collaborative process that it offers,” says Caudle.  The teamwork philosophy is evident in several of her screenplays that she had co-writers.  Dr. Mel also won the rights to convert the Dreamweaver novel series into screenplays.  The book by the same title was written by Michael Ragsdale.  Immediately following she was given the rights to convert the novel The Angelics, written by David Repogle, from the author and publisher without hesitation.  Both novels are available from Barnes and Noble as well as Amazon.com.  Dr. Mel’s other screenplays include:  Auditing Richard Biggs co-written with Dennis W. Martin, A MK-ULTRA, Secret Romances, The Lost Disciple, co-written with Duane Gross, and Dragonfly Principal co-written with Gabriel Dyan.

   


Dr. Mel has also created five other reality shows:  Darren: Sharper Than Ever; The Baker Girls: Sealed with a Kiss; The Ace Mechanic; Hoops:  Life off the Court; and Post Season.

Dr. Mel is also in the processing of completing the book Behind the Scenes of Dark Blue: The Short that will be published prior to the completion of the feature film DARK BLUE.

JACK E CURENTON



Jack Curenton is veteran producer, director, actor, and casting director with more than twenty years of experience in film, television and theater.  His work includes Roadside, David’s Dinosaur, In Too Dark, Youthless, Super 35, and just recently he was cast as Samuel Adams for the two night movie of the week Samuel Adams.

Jack also comes from a business background with key managerial expertise and knowledge of all aspects of film, television production and finance.  Having worked in the Los Angeles market, both in business and in the film industry, Curenton has made a name for himself which demands respect in the casting industry.  Additionally, Curenton has served as a director, producer and editor on more than 23 projects of his own.  His guidance and assistance to the online casting process for The Keystroke Killer cannot be denied and will also be instrumental in the additional Dr. Mel Film Projects to come.  He also is the Casting Director for A.D.A.M.


ROBBY COOK STROUD
ON THE LOT PRODUCTIONS, LLC
ASSOCIATE PRODUCER



Robby Cook Stroud comes to the A.D.A.M.  management team with unique skills and mastery of several key components of the film and television industry.  Having a key business sense, as a business woman, she provides the administration detail.  Her experience as a FEMA Inspector and Trainer, gives her an unique insight to management on a film location in all areas.  Stroud began her filmmaking career as an professional background actor working on numerous sets throughout the southern area.  She also has served as a production assistant, a producer’s assistant, set driver, Transportation Coordinator, and on several of Dr. Mel’s Film Projects as her Associate Producer.  She also oversees key production aspects such as catering, craft services, transportation, extras casting, and as an assistant casting director with Jack Curenton she has an eye for talent.  She was also instrumental in co-designing the online process with Dr. Caudle for the film The Keystroke Killer and maintained the social network site for the film.  Robby’s managerial style reflects the respect that she gets from the crew.  In fact, due to her abilities, while hired as a driver for the T.D. Jakes film, On the 7th Day, when they needed a transportation coordinator, she was promoted by the producers.  Her cost saving scheduling, intuitiveness, and skills in transportation saved the copy thousands of dollars.  Stroud is an asset to any production company.





GYPSY ELISE DESADE
MUSIC SUPERVISOR/COMPOSER

 

Gypsy Elise DeSade, musician, brings an individual talent of soundtrack score composition.  With more than a dozen albums and a Grammy nod, she is the perfect choice for the A.D.A.M. film project.   She also owns and operates an independent radio station, Gypsy Free Radio, that plays only original music from groups and musicians giving her access to hundreds of fresh and talented musicians.  Her fan base, for her and her band, The Royal Blues Street Band, has more than 50,000 followers.  Desade, also scored the original soundtrack to the short film, The Keystroke Killer, and will be scoring the feature length version as well.  She also has scored other movie soundtracks.   As the musical supervisor she adds to the completion of this team.
